Skitour - Grand Saint Bernhard
This weekend's skitour went to Grand St-Bernhard mountain pass, and the big, old monastery there, which also works as a hostel today. The monastery lies at the nice altitude of 2469 meters:-) The weather was not perfect this weakend.... But still, being in the mountains is alsways good and nice!:-) I love it!! And a "ski-tunnel" (at the italian border) and tea from the monks in the St-Bernhard monastery works very well in bad weather...:-)

Training camp at Fuerteventura
I am now back from a great training camp in Playitas, Fuerteventura. For one week I enjoyed the warm weather, great training and training conditions, good and a lot of food, and a really relaxing life with Marina, Dominik, Reto and Marcus, very well supported by Hannes Hawaii Zours and Professional Endurance Team, who took good care of us and organized great trainings!
Although, a little bit more training than usual, it's a really relaxing life down there, because all we did else was eating, enjoying the sun, bathing in the ocean and sleeping well :-) (We didn't even have internet for a week... which works supringsly well;-) ) A perfect week!

Long breakfast outside :-) The best thing with vacation! :-)
Believe it or not dear friends, I also managed to have a rest day during the week, with a small walk, and minigolf :-)
Swimming in the 50m outdoor pool, and in the biiiig outdoor pool :-)
And the superb buffet for breakfast and dinner.....
And every evening we went at least three times to make our plate full; cold/salat, warm food, dessert... (The last days there was a competition making the most beautiful plate of dessert.. :-) )

A fantastic winter in Switzerland
I started a new activity this winter; Skitour (Or "topptur" or "randonnée"), and Switzerland is a perfect country for exercising this activity. I think I have had one of my most wonderful winter (when counting only the weekends) ever.. :-) Here are some more pictures from the last tours end of january, february, and beginning of march. (And skitouring is not over yet, although winter has turned into spring... ☺ )
